Dr. Sharyl Cross is Distinguished Professor and Director the Kozmetsky Center of Excellence at St. Edward’s University in Austin and Global Policy Fellow at the Kennan Institute Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC (2013-2021).
